This project involved the regular and continual operation of heavy equipment related to filling the lands, sourcing and placing preloads, and ancillary works to support long-term development.

This project required unique pile pulling services to remove existing piles in addition to fill and preload works. Tyam sourced the necessary equipment to have the piles removed and the 70 acre site filled as per geotechnical requirements.

Tyam provided continual services for over six months to help decommission the existing 14 acre site and help with site preparation services that resulted in the redevelopment of this property. This involved regular use of excavators, bulldozers, and compactors.
