When a new grade is required, whether lower or higher than the existing site conditions, Tyam can provide services to reach the new grade and laser level so that the correct grade is maintained across the site.

Site preparation includes land clearing, dewatering, removal of marginal fill, reinstatement of grades with structural fill, and preload sourcing and placement.

The digging down and removal of onsite materials from a site with the corresponding reinforcement (i.e. shoring) of the site as the material is removed.

Oversight and management of sites that require fill material for long-term site improvement and development. Tyam can source the requisite and environmentally compliant material, manage the hauling of material to the site, and place it in lifts before compaction.

Preloading is a common and necessary step to reinforce underlying soils before development can occur. Tyam specializes in the sourcing of sand and the placement of it to full preload height with timely removal of the preload once it’s approved for removal from the site.
