Our Owner, Ron Dhanda, has had a career spanning 30 years performing excavation work as an owner-operator, independent business person and finally as a substantial earthwork contractor. Ron keeps a very close eye on Tyam's field operations.
Our Manager of Contracts and Estimating, Mike Mattson AScT, has been involved in managing civil construction work of all types since 1976. Mike was an owner/founder of the Matcon Group and Quantum Remediation until he sold his shares in 2004/5. Mike started Matcon's excavation and shoring as well as perfomed a wide variety of challenging civil and environmental work. Mike works with Ron to plan and coordinate the work, providing technical, costing, scheduling and management expertise.
